GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 28 July 1999
fixing the rates of duty and the tariff quotas for imports of red wine in containers holding more than 2 litres and of flax broken or broken
The Government mandates, pursuant to Articles 56 (2) and 57 (1) (g) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
(1) For goods falling within subheadings 2204 29 42, 2204 29 43, 2204 29 29 44, 2204 29 46, 2204 29 47, 2204 29 48, 2204 29 58, 2204 29 71, 2204 29 72, 2204 29 75, 2204 29 82 and 2204 29 84 of the Customs Tariff (1) - Red wine in containers of more than 2 litres, the import duty rate of 25% for the tariff quota of 200 000 hlices applies.
(2) The tariff quota provided for in paragraph 1 shall apply:
(a) 100 000 hl from the date of entry into force of this Regulation until 30 September 1999;
(b) from 1 October 1999 to 31 December 1999, amounting to 100 000 hlres.
Goods falling within subheading 5301 21 00 of the Customs Tariff (1) - flax, broken or broken, shall be subject to the duty-free import duty for a tariff quota of 2 000 tonnes.
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the customs duties laid down in the Customs Tariff shall not apply to the goods defined in Sections 1 and 2 and under the conditions defined therein (1).
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1999.
