Government Regulation
of 5 December 1947
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to the Act of 16 May 1946, No 117 Coll., on the modification of the Customs Tariff during a transitional period:
§ 1.
The Customs Tariff is amended and amended as follows:
1. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 153b):
„Poznámka. Čištěný kafr, dovážený továrnami k výrobě celuloidu, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízenímbeze cla.“
2. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 300c):
„Poznámka k a)-c). Papírové pytle, dovážené pro továrny na výrobu cementu, na zvláštní povolení, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. ledna 1948 do 31. prosince 1948beze cla.“
3. the following note shall be inserted after the rate (p. 497b):
„Poznámka. Dráty z obecných kovů a kovových slitin, povlečené obecnými kovy, dovážené továrnami na výrobu elektrických lamp, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením, od 1. ledna 1948 do 31. prosince 1948beze cla.“
4. the following shall be added at the rate of:
„l) 1. chlorid barnatý150.–
do 31. prosince 1948
l) 2. uhličitan vápenatý, umělý; fosforečnan vápenatý, umělý; karbid vápníku; dusičnan strontnatý; dusičnan barnatý400.–“.
5. Note to tariff number 624 is amended as follows:
„Poznámka. Nitrocelulosové pokosty lakové, dovážené továrnami na výrobu svrškových usní a roztoky umělých pryskyřic, dovážené továrnami na výrobu lakových pokostů, na dovolovací list, pod dozorem a za podmínek stanovených nařízením540.–“.
§ 2.
For the period from 1 January 1948 to 30 June 1948, the customs duties on imports of goods falling within the following tariff headings (headings) shall be abolished:
1. Cocoa beans and peel.

10. Wine berries and grapes, dried; currants.
11. Lemons, limons, cements.
12. Oranges (including tangerines).
13. Lemons, limons, cements and oranges, loaded in salt water; immature small oranges; Orange, cedar and lemon bark, whether or not ground or in brine, loaded.

§ 3.
