Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 196 / 2007 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective contract of the higher degree concluded for the years 2007-2008 between the Union of Glass, Ceramic, Jewelry and porcelain employees, on the one hand, and the Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry, on the other hand (of 31 January 2007), is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication, with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the Sectoral Classification Code of Economic Activities 26.1, 26.21 and 26.22.
