The Constitutional Court decided on 10 January 2006 in plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and the Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Military Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Dagmar Lastovecká, Vladimir Krórka, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Dobří 5 / 2004 on the security of local issues of public order by reducing alcohol and other addictive substances in public spaces
as follows:
The general binding decree of the city of Dobrovice No 5 / 2004 on the safeguarding of local public order issues by limiting the consumption of alcohol and other addictive substances in the public area is hereby repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
