amending and supplementing Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the Organisation of Courts and the Election of Judges and Act No. 60 / 1965 Coll., on the Prosecutor's Office
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 60 / 1965 Coll., on the Prosecutor, as amended by Act No. 147 / 1969 Coll., is amended as follows:
The second sentence of Paragraph 33 (2) reads: "The Chief Prosecutor-General of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall represent the Chief Military Prosecutor in the performance of his duties in the armed forces and forces."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
