REPORTING
on the correction of print errors: 1. in the Slovak edition of the Collection of Laws, in Act No. 95 / 1963 Coll., on state notaries and on proceedings before state notaries (notarial order), 2. in the Czech edition of the Collection of Laws, in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Transport No. 167 / 1964 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 119 / 1962 Coll., on the economic conditions of the operation of road vehicles for motor transport, on the 4th in the Slovak edition of the Collection of Laws, in the Ordinance of the Ministry of Consumer Industry, the Ministry of Education and Culture, and on the Central Administration of spores No. 147 / 1964 Coll., on the issue of the basic conditions of the transport of non-periodic publications, periodic publications, the economic press, and special printing of laws, in the Slovak edition of laws, in the Ministry of the Ministry of Consumer Industry, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Central Administration of spotions No. 147 / 1964 Coll.
1. In § 94, line 7 of Act No. 95 / 1963 Coll. in Slovak edition, a print error is corrected in the words: "ktorí zápisnicu spisujú," so these words correctly read: "ktoré zápisníku pisuje."
In Article 96 (1), line 5 of Law No 95 / 1963 Coll. in the Slovak edition, a print error is corrected in the words "ktorý notarsku ', so these words correctly read:" ktoré notarsku'.
2. In § 5 (1) of Decree No. 148 / 1964 Coll. in the Czech edition it was broken in print and became illegible row 7 and row 9 fell out at all; § 5 (1) therefore, the whole text reads as follows: "(1) The draft contract on the preparation of supplies, if any - the work of geodetic astronomical, gravimetric, triangulation I to V. order (Czechoslovak state and detailed trigonometry network) and the work of nivelizing I to III order, - topographical mapping 1: 10 000, - work for scientific research purposes, - cartographic work, is presented by the customer to the Central Administration of Geodesia and Cartography, which will identify the future suppliers from its subordinate organizations and send him a draft contract to discuss with the customer."
3. In Annex 7, as amended by Decree No. 167 / 1964 Coll., point 8 on page 1168 of row 7, the print contains a letter 5, so that the line correctly reads: "vehicles which exceed 5% of its value will increase '.
4. In § 47 (4), line 5 of Decree No. 147 / 1964 Coll. in the Slovak edition, a print error is corrected in the word "split," so this word is correct: "undivided."
