of 12 December 1950
on the delegation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the social provisions of Czechoslovak citizens residing abroad.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 (a) of Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations to the organisation of public administration:
§ 1.
(1) The competence of the Minister (Ministry) of Labour and Social Welfare in matters of social security of Czechoslovak citizens residing abroad is transferred to the branch of the Minister (Ministry) of Foreign Affairs.
(2) The Minister (Ministry) of Foreign Affairs makes general arrangements for social measures for Czechoslovak citizens residing abroad in agreement with the Ministers of Labour and Social Welfare, Finance and National Security.
§ 2.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1951; they shall be carried out by foreign and labour ministers and social services in agreement with participating members of the government.
