The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The Act of 24 July 1919, No 462 Coll., on the Lease of Seats to Legionaries, is supplemented as follows:
In Article 2, the following paragraph is inserted between paragraphs 4 and 5:
"The Allied and friendly armies referred to in the previous two paragraphs shall be assimilated to the Red Army of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for National Defence in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
