Government Regulation No. 361 / 2007 Coll., laying down conditions for the protection of health at work, as amended by Government Regulation No. 68 / 2010 Coll., Government Decree No. 93 / 2012 Coll., Government Decree No. 9 / 2013 Coll., Government Decree No. 32 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 246 / 2018 Coll., Government Decree No. 41 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 467 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentences are added to separate rows
"Directive (EU) 2019 / 983 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 amending Directive 2004 / 37 / EC on the protection of workers from the risks associated with exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work.
Commission Directive (EU) 2019 / 1831 of 24 October 2019 establishing the fifth list of indicative occupational exposure limit values in accordance with Council Directive 98 / 24 / EC and amending Commission Directive 2000 / 39 / EC. '
2. In Paragraph 38 (3), the word "or 'shall be deleted at the end of point (f) and the word" or' shall be added at the end of point (g).
3. in Article 38 (3), the following point (h) is inserted after point (g):
"(h) in other establishments where unintentional exposure to biological agents occurs,"

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 May 2021, with the exception of Article I
(a) points 5 and 6, which shall take effect on 12 July 2023;
(b) points 7 and 8, which shall take effect on 12 July 2024;
(c) point 9, which shall take effect on 12 July 2026;
(d) point (10), which shall take effect on 12 July 2027; and
(e) points 11 to 16, which shall take effect on 22 August 2023.
