DECLARATION
of 4 June 2012
amending Decree No 15 / 2005 Coll., laying down the formalities for long-term projects, annual reports and school self-evaluation, as amended by Decree No 225 / 2009 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
Decree No. 15 / 2005 Coll., laying down the formalities for long-term projects, annual reports and school self-evaluation, as amended by Decree No. 225 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the heading of the Decree, the words ", annual reports and school self-evaluation 'are replaced by the words" and annual reports'.
2. in Paragraph 1 (2) (a):
"(a) an evaluation of the achievement of the previous long-term objective in terms of content and quantitative objectives and priority tasks;"
3. In Article 1 (2) (b), the words ", priority topics to be highlighted in the following period, areas of support and measures to improve the situation 'shall be inserted after the word" aid'.
4. in Paragraph 1 (2) (b) (10):
"10th Constitutional and Protection Education,"
5. In Article 1 (2) (c), the words "schools, irrespective of the organisers, 'and the words" groups' are inserted after the words "tenders'.
6. in Paragraph 1 (2) (d):
"(d) the economic part containing information on the envisaged financial requirements for the security of the proposed measures and the sources of their funding, in particular the State budget or other public budgets, the development programmes and the European Union funds.";
7. Paragraph 1 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The long-term plan shall be adjusted in accordance with the results of its discussions with the competent national authorities, local authorities, relevant trade unions and employers' organisations with national competence. ';
8. In Section 4, at the end of the text in point (a), the words "irrespective of school authorities' shall be added.
9. in Paragraph 7 (1) (e), the word "school" shall be deleted;
10. The designation of Part IV shall be deleted, including the title.
11. Sections 8 and 9 are deleted, including the title.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2012.
