amending Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Annex 3 to Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 171 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 418 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 323 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 261 / 2008 Coll., Election Circuits No. 6, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 35, 36, 38, 40, 41, 69 and 70 read:
"Election Circuit 6 Location: Louny
the whole district of Louny, the whole district of Rakovnik and part of the district of Kladno, consisting of the municipalities of Drnek, Malíkovice, Jedomelice, Řisuty, Ledce, Smečno, Přelík, Hrdlív
Election Circuit No 21 Location: Prague 5
Includes the territory of the city of Prague 5, with the exception of the part of the town of Prague. Malá Strana, located in the territory of the city of Prague 5. It also includes the territory of Prague 13, Prague-Řeporyje, Prague-Slivenec
Election Circuit No 23 Residence: Prague 8
Includes the territory of the urban areas of Prague 8, Prague-Březinéves, Prague-Devil, Prague-Lower Chabry, Prague-Čakovice, Prague 18
Election Circuit No 24 Residence: Prague 9
Includes the territory of the city of Prague 9, with the exception of the k. It also includes the territory of the urban areas of Prague 14, Prague 19, Prague 20, Prague 21, Prague-Běchovice, Prague-Dolní Počernice, Prague-Klánovice, Prague-Kolodje, Prague-Satalice, Prague-Vinoř
Election Circuit No 25 Location: Prague 6
Includes the territory of the city district of Prague 6, with the exception of the k. Ústěšovice, the k. It also includes the territory of Prague 17, Prague-Front Kopanina, Prague Nebušice, Prague-Suchdol, Prague-Lysolaj, Prague-Zlicín
Election Circuit No 26 Location: Prague 2
Includes the territory of Prague 2, with the exception of the town of Nové Město and the town of Vyšehrad. This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
