amending Decree No. 576 / 1991 of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and regional courts, as amended by Decree No. 71 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 178 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 1 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 235 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 293 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Justice provides pursuant to § 33 paragraph 5 of Act No. 335 / 1991 Coll., on Courts and Judges, as amended by Act No. 17 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 576 / 1991 Coll., on the establishment of branches of certain regional and district courts, as amended by Decree No. 71 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 178 / 1993 Coll., Decree No. 1 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 235 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 293 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
In § 6b, the comma and the words "except for matters of international importance, business, labour and administrative justice 'are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1997.
