GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 June 1995
amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No 168 / 1989 Coll.
The Government pursuant to § 81 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Czech National Council Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll., provides:
The Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 168 / 1989 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (1) (a) reads as follows:
"(a) a member of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic, an employee of a legal person or an undertaking natural person included in the Fire Department of the enterprise, a member of a unit of the voluntary fire department of the municipality, a member of a unit of the enterprise's volunteer fire brigade and a member of a fire brigade which, when fighting fire, during a fire protection unit or during rescue work in a disaster or other emergency (1), or in direct connection with the performance of these tasks;"
2. In Article 1 (1) (b) (2), the words "national committee 'are replaced by the words" municipality'.
3. Note 1:
"1) § 92 of the ČNR Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll. '.
4. In Paragraph 1 (2), the amount "5000 CZK 'is replaced by" 25 000 CZK' and the amount "25 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 70 000 CZK'.
5. in § 2 (2) (a), the amount "8000 CZK" is replaced by "25 000 CZK."
6. in Article 2 (2) (b), (c) and (d), the amount "5000 CZK" is replaced by "15 000 CZK."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
