DECLARATION

amending and supplementing Decree No. 274 / 1993 of the Ministry of Defence Coll., on determining the amount of compensation incurred for the costs of material and financial security of education or training of soldiers in active service and the conditions for its reduction
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Defence sets out, pursuant to § 37a (2) of Act No. 92 / 1949 Coll., the Defence Act, as amended by Act No. 164 / 1992 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 274 / 1993 Coll., on determining the amount of compensation for costs incurred for the material and financial security of education or training of soldiers in active service and the conditions for its reduction, is amended as follows:
Article 1 (1) (a) to (c) reads as follows:
"(a) 1500 CZK when studying command, economic and social fields of the university,
b) 2000 CZK when studying technical fields of university,
c) 2500 CZK in the study of medical and pharmaceutical fields of university or technical fields of university associated with training of pilots and flight ducts, "
Point (c) shall be renumbered (d).
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
