THE LAW
of 13 December 1988
on the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation for 1989
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
(1) The total revenue of the Federation State Budget is set at CZK 223 640 800 000.
The total expenditure of the Federation State Budget is set at 223 640 800 000 CZK.
The general overview of the state budget of the Czechoslovak Federation is set out in the Annex.
(2) Of the total expenditure of the Federation State Budget:
A. Purpose subsidy to the state budgets of the Republics

The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic or, under its authority, the Minister of Finance may adjust the binding tasks and limits of the federal budget, in particular in accordance with changes in the state plan, changes in price, organisational, methodological, changes in economic instruments in foreign trade, changes in the level of the Kčs course and the mobilisation of the government budget reserve. Such measures shall not affect the balance of the Federation State Budget.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
