DECLARATION

on the scope of the work needed for the calculation of the calendar year in pension insurance for cooperative peasants
The State Social Security Office provides, in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Central Council of Trade Unions and other participating central authorities pursuant to § 39 (2) of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security of Cooperative Farmers:
(1) Calendar year in which the cooperative did not work without a serious reason

| b) v rostlinné výrobě v některé jiné oblasti | aspoň 160 pracovních dnů, nebo |
| c) v živočišné výrobě aspoň 240 pracovních dnů, se nezapočítává pro vznik nároku na důchod ani pro jeho výši. | |
(2) Where a cooperative has worked for part of a calendar year in livestock production and part of a calendar year in crop production, the calendar year for entitlement to and the amount of the pension shall be counted only if it has worked for at least 240 working days; This number is reduced by 9 days for each month after which the cooperative worked in the plant production in the mountain or potato-oat region, or by 7 days for each month after which the cooperative worked in the plant production in some other area. If the cooperative has, with the agreement of the cooperative, performed other work (e.g. in the melodrama cooperative, in the associated production), the days of such work shall be included in the required number of working days.
(3) A co-worker with an altered working capacity, a co-worker older than 65 years of age and a co-worker who looks after at least one child of pre-school age or a minor requiring permanent care for a disease or physical or mental defect shall be counted for the creation of a pension entitlement and for the amount of a calendar year if they have worked for at least 100 working days.
(4) The provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall be without prejudice to provisions on the credit of replacement periods until the period of employment for pension purposes.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1965; This decree shall also apply to the credit of the calendar year 1964, provided that its provisions are more favourable to the cooperative than those provided for by the cooperative membership meeting. *)
