of 31 December 1960

amending and supplementing Decree No 175 / 1959 Ú. l., on the ransom prices of agricultural products

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management declares, pursuant to § 10 (2) of Decree No. 60 / 1959 Coll., on the competence in the field of planning, pricing and control, and sets out in accordance with § 7 of Decree of the State Planning Commission No. 186 / 1959 Ú. l., on a more detailed definition of the competence in the field of planning, pricing and control:

Čl. I

The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 175 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the ransom prices of agricultural products, is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 3 reads as follows:

„§ 3

Wheat

(1) The purchase prices of glass and semi-glass wheat are 15,5% per 100 kg net weight at standard humidity:

(2) The buying-in prices referred to in paragraph 1 shall be reduced by 10, - 100 kg for wheat.

(3) The buying-in prices referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be reduced by 2, - Kčs per 100 kg, and by 6, - Kčs per 100 kg for fescue wheat. Edible Grade III wheat shall be purchased at a uniform price of 85, - 100 kg, irrespective of the hectolitre weight and type, if it contains harmful impurities up to 1,5%. For each higher (even started) 0,5% of harmful impurities up to 5%, 2, - Kčs from this purchase price shall be deducted. '

2. Paragraph 4 reads as follows:

(2) Corn delivered in ears pays for the actual weight and quality of maize produced after the killing. The Kčs 4.50 per 100 kg of grain is charged for scrubbing corn. "

5. Paragraph 28 reads as follows:

„§ 28

chicory

(1) The purchase price of chicory per 100 kg net weight is 38, - CZK; net weight means the actual weight of 5% on impurity after a collision. Where appropriate, the reduction may be increased under the applicable delivery conditions.

(2) The seed intended for the production of chicory is obtained free of charge by agricultural establishments from the purchasing organisation. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water, together with the Ministry of Food Industry, will issue further guidance on the issue of chicory seed free of charge.

(3) Agricultural establishments which have supplied the purchasing organisation with chicory are entitled to purchase sugar at a reduced national retail price and to resell beet cuttings and molasses. At their choice, agricultural establishments may decide whether to choose vouchers for buying sugar at a reduced price or whether to pay in cash the amount of the rebate to which they are entitled.

(4) The detailed conditions for buying sugar at a reduced price and for reselling beet cuttings and molasses, as well as the conditions for paying the import charge for the delivery of chicory to the point of purchase, are laid down in the provisions on the purchase of agricultural products. "

6. Paragraph 40 reads as follows:

"Forest fruits and mushrooms

§ 40

(1) The purchase prices of forest fruits and mushrooms are net for 1 kg:

in the case of fresh foals not exceeding Kčs 0,30

for other separately specified species of edible mushrooms Kčs 0,50

For other types of edible mushrooms, the executive bodies of the regional national committees shall, in agreement with the purchasing organisation, determine the species to which the supplement applies.

(3) The purchase prices referred to in paragraph 1 as well as the additional charges referred to in paragraph 2 shall be the maximum for goods of Class I; up to their level, the executive bodies of the Regional National Committees shall, in agreement with the purchasing organisation, declare the purchase price and surcharges applicable within the region. ';

7. Paragraph 50 reads as follows:

„§ 50

The purchase prices for cereal seed, leguminous vegetables, oil, fibre and root plants, okopanin, clover, grasses and annual fodder plants shall be at 100 kg net weight in Kčs:

8. Paragraph 51 (5) reads as follows:

"(5) The purchasing organisation may take over maize in ears for processing in wages. The Kčs 4.50 per 100 kg of natural seed in grain shall be charged for scrubbing corn in the wage delivered from the production areas."

9. Paragraph 63 reads as follows:

„§ 63

Pigs for slaughter

(1) The buying-in price for pigs for slaughter is 1 kg net weight:

10. Paragraph 66 reads as follows:

„§ 66

Poultry for slaughter

(1) The purchase prices of poultry for slaughter shall be 1 kg net weight:

(2) The purchasing organisation shall be entitled to reduce 2% of the weight of the game to cool when taking underchilled game.

(3) In the case of transport to the ransom warehouse, the purchasing organisation shall pay the hunting operator import expenses up to a maximum of 0,20 CZK per kg. '

12. Paragraph 76 reads as follows:

„§ 76

Table eggs

(1) The buying-in price for chicken table eggs delivered from 21 March to 30 September amounts to CZK 14,40 per kg and CZK 18 per kg per month from 1 October to 20 March.

(2) For eggs which do not conform to quality conditions, 10% shall be deducted from the buying-in price. "

13. Paragraph 87 reads as follows:

„§ 87

Breeding goats

The highest purchase prices for breeding goats older than five months shall be for 1 head:

14. Paragraph 89 reads as follows:

„§ 89

Common provisions on the prices of breeding animals

(1) For breeding rams and sheep classified in the classes Elita Record, Elita (a) and Elita (b), both of whose parents are entered in the national herd book, the purchase price shall be increased by 10%, or if one of the parents is entered in the herd book by 5%.

For breeding rams and sheep classified in the classes of Elita Record, Elita (a) and Elita (b), both of whose parents are entered in the regional herd book, the price shall be increased by 5% or, if one of the parents is entered in the regional herd book, by 2,5%.

(2) For breeding goats and goats classified in classes (Elita Record, Elita (a) and Elita (b), Elita Record and Elita (b), Elita Record and Elita), both of which are entered in the national herd book, the purchase price is increased by 10% or, if one of the parents is entered in the national herd book, by 5%.

For breeding goats and goats classified in quality classes (Elita Record, Elita (a) and Elita (b), Elita Record and Elita (b), Elita Record and Elita), both of whose parents are entered in the regional herd book, the price shall be increased by 5% or, if one of the parents is entered in the regional herd book, by 2,5%.

(3) The highest purchase prices of breeding animals (§ 79 to 88) apply to the sale of such animals on the markets for breeding animals and their import from abroad. On sale from stables, the highest purchase prices are reduced by 200 CZK per head for breeding cattle and 10% per head for breeding pigs, rams, sheep, goats and goats.

(4) The highest purchase prices shall be increased by 10% for breeding animals sold on the exhibition markets for breeding animals approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water; in breeding animals which have been placed on those markets as top three in the Elita Record class, the highest purchase prices may be increased by up to 100%. ';

15. The prices referred to in § 95 (1) (a), (b) and (c) for rams shall also apply to lambs of the relevant live weight.

16. The prices of Class III commercial horses, referred to in § 99 (2), shall be 4 350, - for horses aged 22 months and 25 months, 5100, - for horses aged 22 months.

17. The prices of ducks from hatcheries referred to in § 101 (1) are 6, - Kčs per 1 piece.

Čl. II

The prices of animal products listed in this decree shall apply from the date of its effectiveness, the prices of plant products shall apply to products from the 1961 harvest and to other harvests.

Čl. III

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1961.
