GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 June 2003
amending certain regulations of the Government concerning the application of safeguard measures pursuant to Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures concerning exports or imports of products and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws
The Government mandates pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain arrangements for the export or import of products and on licensing and amending certain laws:
Amendment of Decree No. 263 / 2001 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for imports of certain products into the Czech Republic
In Government Regulation No 263 / 2001 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for imports into the Czech Republic of certain products, the words "After the exhaustion of the tariff quota 'in § 2 (1), § 3 (1) and § 4 (1) are replaced by the words" Before and after the opening of the tariff quota'.
Amendment of Decree No. 162 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import of sugar into the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 66 / 2003 Coll.
In Government Decree No. 162 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import of sugar into the Czech Republic, as amended by Government Decree No. 66 / 2003 Coll., in Paragraph 2 (1), the words "After the exhaustion of the tariff quota 'are replaced by the words" Before and after the opening of the tariff quota'.
Amendment of Government Decree No. 239 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import into the Czech Republic of cocoa powder containing added sugar or other sweeteners
In Government Decree No. 239 / 2002 Coll., laying down a safeguard measure for the import into the Czech Republic of cocoa powder containing added sugar or other sweeteners, the words "After the exhaustion of the tariff quota 'are replaced by the words" Before and after the opening of the tariff quota'.
Amendment of Decree No. 54 / 2003 Coll., on the establishment of protection measures for imports of certain metallurgical products into the Czech Republic
Government Decree No. 54 / 2003 Coll., establishing a safeguard measure for imports of certain metallurgical products into the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraphs 2 to 6, the words "After the exhaustion of the tariff quota 'are replaced by the words" Before the opening of the tariff quota and after its exhaustion'.
2. In the Annex, for tariff subheading 7306 30 29, "438 'is replaced by" 448' and "553 'by" 565'.
3. In the Annex, for tariff subheading 7306 60 39, the heading "40 323 'is replaced by" 41 698', "50 807 '," 52 540', "56 384 '," 57 760' and "71 044 '," 72 777'.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
