DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 30 December 1989
repealing certain financial legislation
The following shall be deleted:
(a) Federal Ministry of Finance Decree 109 / 1985 Coll., on the financing of circulatory funds;
(b) Federal Ministry of Finance Decree 153 / 1980 Coll., on penalties for late entry into service of machinery, apparatus, equipment, means of transport and investment vehicles imported from abroad;
(c) the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance No II / / 4- 21 091 / 1985, No IV / 1- 19 445 / 1985 of 21.11.1985 on the rectifying of stocks, registered as 1 / 1986 of the Law Collection and published in the Financial Rapporteur No 12- 13 / 1985,
(d) Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance No IV / 2-6 396 / 1986 of 28 March 1986 on the granting of a contribution by state economic organisations to the accounts of the Youth Initiative, registered at 13 / 1986 by the Law Collection and published in the Financial Rapporteur No 13 / 1986.
Exemptions and derogations from the rules referred to in § 1 shall cease to apply.
Contributions to Youth Initiative Accounts under agreements concluded until 31 December 1989 shall be granted in accordance with the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance referred to in Section 1 (d).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
