DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Trade
of 27 December 1968
on the designation of Strojimport, a joint stock company for foreign trade, to conduct certain foreign transactions
The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 and § 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the state organization of foreign trade and international shipping:
Strojimport, a joint-stock company for foreign trade based in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the company '), for which a state permit was granted, together with the approval of the Statutes, by a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade of 15 November 1968, issued in agreement with the Ministry of Heavy Industry, is intended to conduct the foreign trade in goods referred to in Section 2.
(1) The main object of the company's business is the export and import of metal-working machines, tools, tools and meters for them, wood-working machines and wood-processing plant (including plywood, drying plants and furniture), pencil-making equipment, glass-making machines, machinery for the manufacture of machining and moulding machines, for the manufacture of tools, tools and meters, for the manufacture of bearings, for the manufacture of forging, metal utensils and cutlery, and finally the delivery of forging, mills, chain-cutting and screw ers and machine tools; the authorisation of the undertaking shall also include the supply of parts of the installation, spare parts, components, projects, assembly and technical assistance, or parts of the supply, where this relates to the export or import of the goods referred to in this paragraph.
(2) The company is entitled to carry out all business related activities.
The company's activities under this Decree are subject to the rules applicable to the conduct of foreign trade.
Strojimport, a foreign trade firm, *) is merged with the company with its consent on 1 January 1969. Its assets and liabilities are transferred to a company which thus becomes its legal successor.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1969.
