amending the rules on public health and public libraries of municipalities.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The competence of the Minister and Ministry of Education and Education according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26 October 1945, No. 130 Coll., on the State Care of Information, and pursuant to the Act of 22 July 1919, No. 430 Coll., on Public Libraries of the Municipality, passes to the Minister and Ministry of Information.
This Act shall take effect on 1 April 1948; It shall be carried out by the Education and Information Ministers.
