supplementing and amending the Government Decree of 15 July 1927, No 104 Coll., on the service categories of military and gendarmerie officers.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 97, § 97, § 2, § 98, § 2, § 99, § 1 and § 101, § 1 of the Law of 24 June 1926, No 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and service conditions of civil servants (the Law of Payation):
(1) Annex A to Regulation No 104 / 1927 Coll. is added as follows:

| I. | vojenských geometrů (I. sl. tř.) | úplné středoškolské a nejméně čtyřleté vysokoškolské vzdělání, ukončené úspěšným výkonem předepsaných státních zkoušek nebo doktorátem | – |
| II. | technické služby | úplné středoškolské vzdělání a absolvování dvouleté vojenské akademie; požadavek absolvování dvouleté vojenské akademie se pokládá za splněný u důstojníků, kteří mají předběžné vzdělání předepsané pro ustanovení důstojníkem služeb pro vyšší úkony. | – |
(2) In the Annex referred to in the preceding paragraph, in service class II, the category of officers of the economic and administrative service is amended by column 3 and reads: "full secondary education and completion of a two-year military academy or two-year training school for officers of the administrative service of the profession"; column 4 in this service category is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for National Defence in agreement with the ministers involved.
