on the imposition of Appendix 3 to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was imposed on it between 8.4.2010 and 30.4.2010, this Appendix No 3 of the collective agreement of higher degree:
Addendum 3 of the higher-grade collective agreement for the years 2008 - 2010 concluded on 15 December 2009 between the trade union Construction of the Czech Republic, the trade union of transport workers, the road economy and the auto-repair industry of Bohemia and Moravia and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic.
