amending Decree No. 326 / 2000 of the Ministry of the Interior Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public spaces names, on the method of use and location of numbers for the designation of buildings, on the formalities for reporting on the recalculation of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents needed for the allocation of numbers
According to § 153 (2) for the implementation of § 33 of Act No. 128 / 2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal establishment), and § 120 (2) for the implementation of § 14 (9) of the Act No. 131 / 2000 Coll., on the capital city of Prague:
Decree No. 326 / 2000 Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public spaces names, on the method of use and location of numbers for the marking of buildings, on the formalities for reporting on the renumbering of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents necessary for the allocation of numbers, shall be amended as follows:
1.
(1) The descriptive, accounting and indicative numbers differ in colour. For numbering, Arabic numerals are used, for descriptive and accounting numbers without any additions.
(2) One sign of the Czech alphabet without diacritic marks may be used as an addendum to the numbers. "
2. In Article 8 (1), the words "and the geometrical plan 'shall be inserted after the words" the approval decision'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
