supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 246 / 1992 Coll., to protect animals against abuse, as amended by Act No. 162 / 1993 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 246 / 1992 Coll., for the protection of animals against abuse, as amended by Act No. 162 / 1993 Coll., is added as follows:
In Paragraph 14, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The prohibition on seizing nets shall not apply to the capture of mammals for the purpose of restocking hunting areas and birds for restocking and ornithological research. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
