The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
The Constitutional Act No. 126 / 1970 Coll., on measures in the system of federal central bodies headed by a member of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, as amended by Constitutional Act No. 42 / 1988 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 2 (1), the remainder of the sentence after the word "Republic 'reads:" for the creation of a socio-economic strategy and nation-economic planning'.
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 January 1989.
