repealing Decree No 80 / 1953 Ú. l., on compensation for performance in the performance of technical supervision
In agreement with the Ministry of Finance pursuant to Section 9 of Decree No. 53 / 1952 Coll., the Ministry of Fuel and Energy provides for the safety and economy of the operation of certain technical installations:
The development of production forces and the rising level of our national economy make it possible to refrain from collecting certain fees and refunds from the population and from socialist organisations. In that context, the collection of compensation for performance in the performance of technical supervision shall be abolished.
Decree No 80 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on compensation for performance in carrying out technical supervision, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect from 1 January 1961.
