determining the headquarters and the districts of the District Courts in Filakov and Poltar. *)
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 2 (2) No 1 of Act No. 320 / 1948 Coll., on Territorial Organisation of Regional and District Courts:
(1) The seat of the District Court of the District National Committee in Filakov is established in Filakov.
(2) The seat of the District Court of the District National Committee in Poltar is established in Poltar.
The county court in Jesensky is going down.
This amends and complements the annexes to Section 4 of the Order of the Minister of Justice No 11 / 1949 Coll., establishing the seat of the Regional Courts and the seat and districts of the District Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1951.
