repealing Article XXVII General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade
Having regard to the Declaration of the Contracting Parties to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, as set out in the Provisional Decree of 8 April 1948, No 59 Coll., made in Annecy on 9 May 1949 (Section E of Annex XIX), the tariff concessions provided for in the schedule X of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade shall be repealed (Note to the rate number 12, "Oranges outside mandarins in semi-podlopedes... 100).
