about the State Theatre in Ostrava.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The state theatre in Ostrava is established by taking over the City Theatre in Ostrava.
The property right to real estate and movable property, still belonging to the city of Ostrava and designated by the existing owner, to be used permanently and exclusively for the operation of the theatre, as well as all the property of the Czech Theatre Association in Moravian Ostrava, passes without compensation to the Czechoslovak State.
The Ministry of Education and Education shall determine, in an agreement with the Ministry of Interior and Finance, which transferred the property to the State pursuant to Section 2.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Education (§ 3) and on its proposal, the Library Court will make a contribution of ownership to the property referred to in § 2 for the Czechoslovak State.
The State takes over the employees of the Municipal Theatre in Ostrava as an operator of the State Theatre in Ostrava; otherwise their service (work) and salary ratios remain unaffected.
In the other legal circumstances of Ostrava City, relating to the operation of the City Theatre in Ostrava, the State enters its place.
Details of the organisation, administration and operation of the State Theatre in Ostrava and its management are provided by the Ministry of Education and Education in agreement with the Ministry of Interior, Finance, Information, Technology, Social Welfare and the Supreme Accounting Audit Office.
This Act shall take effect on 1 August 1948; It shall be implemented by the Ministers of Education and Education and Justice in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
