GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 July 2019
amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 68c (2) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended by Government Regulation No 427 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in point II., point (f) is replaced by the following:
"(g) the continuous provision of health care in operating rooms, anesthesiology and emergency reception units, intensive care units or oncological departments, or the provision of emergency medical care by members of medical rescue services."
2. in point III, point (a) is deleted;
Points (b) to (l) shall be renumbered (a) to (k).
3. in point III (e) (1), the word "aircraft" shall be deleted after the words "systems and components."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2019.
