DECLARATION
of 29 July 2015
amending Decree No 389 / 2004 Coll., on measures to control and prevent foot-and-mouth disease and amending Decree No 299 / 2003 Coll., on measures to prevent and control diseases and diseases communicable from animals to humans, as amended by Decree No 356 / 2004 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2014 Coll., and Act No. 264 / 2014 Coll., for the implementation of § 10 (3) and (g) and § 51a (3) of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No. 389 / 2004 Coll., on measures to control and prevent foot-and-mouth disease and amending Decree No. 299 / 2003 Coll., on measures to prevent and control diseases and diseases communicable from animals to humans, as amended by Decree No. 356 / 2004 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In § 1 of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, § 2 (n) and (q), § 15 (1) (b), § 17 (1) (d), § 28 (2) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, § 40 (2) (c), § 52 (1) (b), Annex 3, Section 1 (1.4) and Annex 13 of the Part In point 2, "European Communities' is replaced by" European Union ';
2. In Article 2 (r), the word "Community 'is replaced by" European Union' and the words "(the Union) 'are deleted.
3. In Articles 16 (2), 24 (5), 38 (5), 45 (3), 49 (1) (d), 49 (2) and (3), 55 (3), 57 (6) (c), 8 and 9, 58, 60 (b), 61 (1) of the Introductory Part of the Provisions, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Section 63 (2), 66 (2), (3) and (4), 77 (1) of Annex 2, point 1 of the Introductory Part, Annex 5, Section 2, point 2.1.1, Annex 18 (A) (3), Annex 10 (3), Annex No 13 (A) (3), (4, Part B (1), 1.2, 1.4. and 1.5., and Section 3, Annex 18 (A) (3), Part B (2), Annex 10 (2) and (3), Annex 10), Annex 10 (3 and (3) are replaced by the words "European Union."
4. In § 64 (1) (a), § 66 (1) and (2) and in Annex 13 of Part In point 5, "Part A of Annex 11 to this Decision 'is replaced by" the list of national laboratories of the Member States authorised to handle live foot-and-mouth disease virus published on the website of the State Veterinary Administration';
5. In Article 64 (1) (b), the words "Part B of Annex 11 to this Regulation 'are replaced by the words" the list of Member States' laboratories authorised to work with live foot-and-mouth disease virus for the production of vaccines published on the website of the State Veterinary Administration '.
6. In Article 65, the words "Parts A and B of Annex 11 to this Regulation 'are replaced by the words" lists of national laboratories of Member States authorised to work with live foot-and-mouth disease virus and Member States authorised to work with live foot-and-mouth disease virus for the production of vaccines published on the website of the State Veterinary Administration'.
7. In Section 75 (2) (a), Section 76, Section 76, Section 76, Annex 13, Part A, points 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the first sentence, Section B, Section 1, points 1.1 to 1.3, points 1.4, first and third sentences, points 1.5, first and second sentences, Annex 14, point 1 of the introductory part of the provision, point 1 (b) and point 2 of the introductory part of the provision, Annex 15 (6), paragraphs 1.1 to 1.3, points 7 to 10, Annex 16 of the introductory part of the provision, Section 2 (2.4) and Annex 18 (A) (viii), Part B (4) (m), the word "Community" shall be replaced by "European Union."
8. Annex No 11 is deleted.
9. In Annex No 13, Part A, points 1 and 5, and in Part B, Section 1, point 1.4, fourth sentence and point 1.5, third sentence, the words "in the Community 'are replaced by the words" in the European Union'.
10. In Annex No 13, Part In point 6, the words "in Part A of Annex 11 to this Decision 'are replaced by the words" national laboratories of the Member States authorised to handle live foot-and-mouth disease virus published on the website of the State Veterinary Administration';
11. In Annex No 15, point 6, "for the Community 'is replaced by" for the European Union'.
12. In Annex No 16, point 2.3, "in the Community 'is replaced by" in the European Union' and "at Community level 'is replaced by" at European Union level'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2015.
