on the imposition of a collective contract of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following Collective contract of higher degree was imposed on it:
A collective contract of a higher degree for the forestry sector in the Czech Republic concluded for the period 2010 - 2012 (part A.) and 2010 (part B.) on 10 May 2010 between the Department of Labour, Forestry and Water Workers' Association in the Czech Republic and the Czech Association of Employers in the Forestry.
