DECLARATION

declaring the national nature reserve of the Čerchovské lvody and establishing its protection zone and closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides, pursuant to § 79 (3) (b) with regard to § 28 (1) and § 37 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Announcement of the National Nature Reserve of Čerchovské chvody
(1) The National Nature Reservation of Čerchovský chvody (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reservation") is announced in the Czech Forest.
(2) The object of protection is the remains of the natural and nature of nearby ecosystems of mountain and submountain mixed beech with the presence of specially protected species of animals and plants typical of the Czech Forest region.
Definition of the national nature reserve
(1) The national nature reserve is situated in the district of Domažlice, in the cadastral territory of Česká Kubice on the plot of parcustoms No 357 / 41, in the cadastral territory of Lower Folmava on the plot of parcustoms No 375 / 20, in the cadastral territory of Chodov on the plot of parcustoms No 1845 / 10 and in the cadastral territory of Pec on the plot of parcustoms No 1592 / 8 and 1592 / 19. The total area of the national nature reserve is 326,9255 ha.
(2) The indicative plot of the national nature reserve area in the 1: 50 000 scale map is Annex 1 and the map of the part of the protection zone to the cadastral map of the 1: 2880 scale in Annex 2 to this decree.
(3) Catastral maps, in which the territory of the national nature reserve is drawn, are stored in the Ministry of the Environment, the District Office of Domažlice, the Municipal Office of Domažlice, the Municipal Office of Česká Kubice, the Municipal Office of Chodov and the Municipal Office of Pec, in addition to the register in the Central List of Nature Protection.
Closer protection conditions
Following the essential protections2), as a closer safeguard condition, it is provided that only with the consent of the competent nature protection3) can
(a) to make changes to the type of land and to the manner in which it is used, unless this results from a care plan (4) for a national nature reservation;
(b) carry out mining, training or cultivation interventions in forests where the forest owner operates without an approved forest economic plan;
(c) carry out geological work linked to the intervention into the territory;
(d) repair existing forest roads;
(e) to feed animals, to set up hunting devices, except for simple stables,
(f) organise mass public events, in particular sports and tourism.
Protection zone
The protection zone provided for by law, 5) which serves to secure the national nature reserve against interference from the surrounding areas, land parcels No 1592 / 3 and 1592 / 14 and building plots No 485, 486, 489, 490 and 491 in the cadastral territory of Pec, land parcels No 375 / 2, 375 / 15, 375 / 16 and construction parcels No 217, 233, 236, 237, 237, 375 / 11, 375 / 12, 375 / 13 and 375 / 14 in the cadastral territory of Lower Folmava, located at the top of Čerchova.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 30th day following that of its publication.
