The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 12 June 1996, in plenary, on a proposal from a group of 31 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Jičín of 24 January 1995 on the prohibition of communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of the city of Jičín
as follows:
The Decree of the City of Jičín of 24 January 1995 on the prohibition of communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of the City of Jičín shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
