amending the Decree laying down the basic conditions for the supply of consumer products
The Ministry of Consumer Industry, in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Trade and after approval by the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 192 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
Decree of the Ministry of Consumer Industry No 181 / 1958 of the Ú. l., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of consumer products, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 15 (4) reads as follows:
"Internal trade organisations shall be obliged to conclude supply contracts for export-related combinations of textile goods resulting from the production for export in the quantities attributable to them pursuant to paragraph 1, and assembly and linen produced, evidently, from export-related combinations. This obligation does not apply to export contexts of exotic products and totally unsuitable for domestic purposes.
The details are covered by an agreement concluded between the Minister of Consumer Industry and the Foreign and Internal Trade Ministers; the text of this Agreement has been forwarded to all participating organisations and is also printed in the State Department of Consumer Industry Instruments 60 / 38 of 1960. '
2. Paragraph 38 (1) reads as follows:
"Paragraph 15 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the conclusion of supply contracts for export contexts of glass and ceramic products by internal trade organisations. '
This Decree shall take effect from 1 January 1961.
