GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 July 2019
amending Government Regulation No 313 / 2010 Coll., on valuations awarded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as amended by Government Regulation No 83 / 2018 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 313 / 2010 Coll., on Awards awarded by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as amended by Government Regulation No. 83 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1) (f), the words "and the Paralympic Games" shall be replaced by the words "the Paralympic and Deaphalian Games and the Global Games organised by the International Association for Sports of Persons with Mental Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as" Global Games ")."
2. In Paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (n) is added:
"(n) The Prize of the Minister for Education, Youth and Sports for Excellent Education at the College."
3. In Section 7, the words "and the Paralympic Games' shall be replaced by the words", the Paralympic Games and the Deafalympic Games and the Global Games'.
4. In Article 7 (1), the words "and the Paralympic Games' shall be replaced by the words", the Paralympic Games and the Deafalympic Games and the Global Games';
5. In Article 7 (1) and (2), the words "or the Paralympic Games' are replaced by the words", the Paralympic Games or the Deaphalian Games or the Global Games'.
6. After Paragraph 10e, the following Section 10f is inserted:
The Prize of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports for Excellent Education at the College
(1) The award of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports for excellent education activities in a university is awarded to the staff of a university for excellent education or for significant innovation in educational activities.
(2) The awards referred to in paragraph 1 shall consist of a diploma and other material or cash awards of up to CZK 100 000. A maximum of five such valuations may be issued in a calendar year. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
