of 27 September 1994
supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers of ownership of the state to other legal or natural persons, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 282 / 1992 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 473 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 155 / 1994 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 500 / 1990 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers of ownership of state to other legal or natural persons, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 438 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 282 / 1992 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 473 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 170 / 1993 Coll. is added as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the words "and decisions to repeal 'shall be added after the words" the Commission'.
2. the following Section 16a is inserted after Section 16, including footnote 6:
(1) The file material, concentrated by the Commission, will be forwarded to the competent district office in the capital city of Prague to the competent district office on the date specified in the decision to cancel the commission.
(2) Administrative activities relating to transfers of assets under the Special Act (6) are carried out by the competent district office in the decision to cancel the commission, with the exception of the imposition of a special fee pursuant to § 11 (2) of the Special Act in the capital of Prague. 6)
(3) The district authorities, in the capital of Prague, the district authorities are obliged to provide the Ministry and the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic with the required synergies concerning civil judicial and administrative procedures in which the Ministry or Fund of National Property of the Czech Republic is a participant.
6) Act No. 427 / 1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons, as amended. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
