of 12 July 1949
on the abolition of the State District Offices for Land Reform and the transfer of their responsibilities to the Regional National Committees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of the Act of 11 May 1949, No. 143 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The State District Office for Land Reform, set up by the Decree of the President of the Land Office (State Property Office) or Minister of Agriculture pursuant to § 8, § 1 of the Law of 11 June 1919, § 330 Coll., on Land Administration, § § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Government Order of 6 July 1920, § 451 Coll., on the District Offices of the Land Office, and § 1 of the Government Order of 25 January 1935, § 22 Coll., which repeals the Land Office (State Land Office) and its jurisdiction is hereby directed to the Ministry of Agriculture, shall be deleted.
The scope of the State District Offices for Land Reform
1. Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture of 8 March 1948, No. 60 Ú. l. II, on the proper management of land subject to revision of the first land reform under Act No. 142 / 1947 Coll.,
2. Paragraph 11 of the Decree of the Minister for Agriculture of 14 April 1948, No 594 Ú. l. I, on the land inventory to which the provisions of the Act on New Land Reform apply,
3. Paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Minister for Agriculture of 14 April 1948, No 595 Ú. l. I, which gives more detailed provisions on the composition, establishment and competence of the peasant commissions under the Law on New Land Reform, and
4. § 7, 9 and 10 of the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture of 28 June 1948, No 1447 U. l. I implementing certain provisions of the Law on New Land Reform,
transferred to the Regional National Committees.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Home and Finance Ministers.
