Communication from the State Election Commission No 190 / 2025 Coll.

The State Election Commission announces and publishes pursuant to § 7 (2) (c) and § 51 of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on amending certain laws, as amended, the overall results of new and additional elections to municipal councils.

Based on the Communication of the Ministry of Interior No. 1 / 2025 Coll., No. 22 / 2025 Coll. and No. 59 / 2025 Coll. on 14 June 2025, new and additional elections were held in accordance with Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, to municipal councils.

The Czech Statistical Office found the following election results from the minutes of the vote and the outcome of the vote submitted by the District Electoral Commission:

(a) total number of municipalities elected: 4b) total number of persons registered in the lists: 384c) total number of voters who were issued official envelopes: 235d) total number of elected representatives of municipalities elected: 20in that according to the electoral parties: 90 Association of independent candidates - local association total 20e) list of municipalities in which elections were not held (§ 23 (8)) and municipalities in which repeated votes will be made (§ 43 (2): list of municipalities where elections were not held (§ 23 (8): Ústí kraj Brodec, district of Lounylist of municipalities where the District Electoral Commission did not submit the minutes within the prescribed time limit (§ 43 (2)): they did not occur.
