THE LAW
of 28 April 2021
amending Act No. 104 / 2000 Coll., on the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 9 of Act No. 104 / 2000 Coll., on the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure, as amended by Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 129 / 2016 Coll., paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) The members of the Supervisory Board may be present at all Committee meetings."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
