amending Decree No. 415 / 2012 Coll., on the permissible level of pollution and its detection and implementation of certain other provisions of the Air Protection Act, as amended
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 4 (9) of Act No. 201 / 2012 Coll., on Air Protection, as amended by Act No. 369 / 2016 Coll.:
Decree No. 415 / 2012 Coll., on the permissible level of pollution and its detection and on the implementation of certain other provisions of the Air Protection Act, as amended by Decree No. 155 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 406 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 171 / 2016 Coll. and Decree No. 452 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 2, Part II, in Table 1.1.2, the row:

Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
