THE LAW
of 25 May 2016
amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Civil Service Act
Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll., the Constitutional Court found, published under No. 199 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 26 / 2016 Coll. and Act No. 47 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (g):
"(g) the President and Vice-President of the Energy Regulatory Authority,"

Amendment to the Act on Supported Energy Sources
Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 407 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 310 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 90 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 107 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 50 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Administrative offences under this law shall be dealt with at first instance by the Office. The President of the Office shall decide on the decomposition against the decision imposing the fine. '.
2. Paragraph 50 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Administrative offences under this law shall be dealt with at first instance by the Office. Decomposition against a decision imposing a fine shall be decided by the Council of the Office. ';
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on the day of its publication, with the exception of the provisions of Part One, paragraph 1, of Article 2, of Regulation (EC) No 207 / 2009. Article 2 (1) (a) and (b) In points 2, 6, VI (2), 7, VII (2) and 8, VIII (2), which take effect on 1 August 2017.
