DECLARATION
of 2 June 2010
repealing certain legislation issued by the district authorities and ministries
Pursuant to Article 79 (3) of the Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, and § 19 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 147 / 1970 Coll., Act No. 125 / 1973 Coll., Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll.
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 147.037 / 50-IV / 1 on the establishment of the Nature Reserve of the Ruda of 11.5.1950.
2. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Šumperk on the establishment of a protected natural creation of the Cave Na Border of 25 May 1965.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and National Instruction No. 27.921 / 35 on the establishment of the Natural Reserve in the Cold of 9 March 1935.
4. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 18 355 / 72 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve of 29 December 1972.
5. Article 1 (4) of the Order of the Regional Office in České Budějovice on the establishment of protected natural nature conservation creations of 30 December 1991.
6. Annex No IX of the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No 14.505 / 89-SOP of 21.12.1989.
7. Article 1 (7) of the Ordinance of the District Office of Prachatice determining protected natural creations of 24.5.1989.
8. Decree of the Regional Office in Česká Lípa on the establishment of the Natural Reserve Big and Little Bezdez of 22. 12. 1993.
9. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No. 1900 / 1949 Ú. l. II on the establishment of a partial natural reservation "Reckov" on the cadastral territory of Nová Ves u Bakova (district Munich Hradiště), dated 17 August 1949.
10. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 55.768 / 55 on the establishment of state nature reserves Crožová cesta, Borek, Hejda, Cat Rocks and Ostaš of 4 July 1956.
11. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education and Education No II-3-155-1-1 / 7 / 53 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve Praheň of 8.6.1953.
12. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Art No. 172.890 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the Nature Reserve Munich Mountain of 11.2.1950.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2010.
