DECLARATION
of 18 June 2003
amending Decree No 287 / 1999 Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Articles 21 (7) (a) and 75 (3) of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 287 / 1999 Coll., on animal health requirements for animal products, as amended by Decree No. 400 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 441 / 2001 Coll. and Decree No. 269 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 69 (1), the introductory phrase and the text under (a) read:
"(1) The reimbursement of the costs of carrying out the inspection of animals for slaughter and meat, except in the cases referred to in paragraphs 3 to 5, shall be:
| a) skot mladší než 6 měsíců | 6,- Kč, |
| skot starší 24 měsíců poražený nutnou porážkou | 770,- Kč, |
| skot starší 30 měsíců | 770,- Kč, |
| skot ostatního stáří | 20,- Kč,“. |
2. In Paragraph 69 (5), "CZK 1 390 'is replaced by" CZK 790'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2003.
