DECLARATION
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of 19 December 1968
concerning the International Convention on Telecommunications, Montreux 1965
On 12 November 1965, the International Telecommunications Convention was negotiated in Montreux.
The President of the Republic ratified the Convention and the instrument of ratification was deposited with the General Secretariat of the International Telecommunications Union, the depositary of the Convention, on 3 January 1968.
The Convention entered into force on 1 January 1967 on the basis of Article 53 thereof. It entered into force for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic pursuant to Article 18 on 3 January 1968.
A certified copy of the Convention together with the Czech translation is stored in the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
