about pharmacy studies.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) Medical studies are part of the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno and Bratislava.
(2) The establishment of medical and science universities referred to in paragraph 1 shall be used for the treatment of pharmacy studies, after other universities.
(3) Members of the Faculty of Medicine and Science of the professorship of the Faculty of Medicine, who give lectures at the pharmacy studies, are the trade union of the pharmacy studies. The members of the trade union shall elect a chairman of the trade union for one study year, who shall convene the members of the board for advice on matters of pharmaceuticals. The competence of the trade union and its relationship with the professors of both faculties shall be determined by the Ministry of Education and Education.
The study period for pharmacy studies shall be four years.
(1) In order to achieve the rank of master of pharmacy, two state tests should be carried out.
(2) The master of pharmacy can achieve the rank of doctor of pharmacy if he meets the conditions laid down in the rigorous order.
(3) The Ministry of Education and Education shall issue study, testing and rigorous regulations.
(1) A four-year course of pharmaceuticals begins with the study year 1948 / 49.
(2) Aspirants of pharmaceuticals and medical studios who have entered a pharmacy practice, after university pharmacy studies prior to the application of this law, may complete their studies according to the existing regulations, but not later than the end of 1953.
(3) The Ministry of Education and Education lays down the conditions under which graduates of a previous pharmacy may complete their education according to the four-year course of study and examination and obtain a doctorate in pharmacy.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
