Law on the netting of military services and the atonement of injustices to pharmacists

on including military service and atoning injustices to pharmacists.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
Until the period of professional activity referred to in Section 3, paragraph 4 of the Law of 18 December 1906, No 5 of 1907 governing pharmaceuticals, the period shall be counted,
1. which, for military presence services or exceptional active services under § 27 of the Defence Act, held in the Czechoslovak army, or for services in the Czechoslovak foreign army or in one of the Allied armies, was spent by the master of the pharmacy after reaching his degree at school to the medical officers and pharmacists in reserve, in a military pharmacy or in a military medical warehouse;
2. after which a pharmacist, after an aspirant examination (§ § 2 and 14 of the Decree of 5 March 1912, No 47, on the employment of auxiliary persons in the operation of pharmacies), has been engaged in or continue to work in a public or constitutional pharmacy such as a sustentant, since he was unable to start university studies in order to close Czech universities;
3. after which the master of pharmacy or sustentant was ordered during the period of infreedom:
(a) professional activities in foreign pharmacies; or
(b) work of a kind other than public or constitutional pharmacies;
4. after which the master of pharmacy or sustentant was unable, after 29 September 1938, to engage in the national fight for liberation (Act of 15 May 1946, No 136 Coll., on the placement and other arrangements of the participants in the national struggle for liberation) or for other national, political or racial reasons to carry out professional activities.
§ 2.
The period laid down in Sections 1, 1, 2 and 3 (a) shall be calculated without further condition. The period referred to in § 1, § 3, point (b), No 4 shall be counted only if the master of pharmacy or sustentant has been employed for at least one year in a public or constitutional pharmacy or has been professionally active for at least that period in the manner referred to in § 1, § 1.
§ 3.
In the three-year assistant service prescribed in Slovakia by Regulation No 105.598 / 1912 K. V. M. (uhm. cult and teaching), on rules for the training of pharmaceutical aspirants and on the assistance period, the period of:
(a) which was spent in the Czechoslovak foreign army or in one of the Allied armies by the master of the pharmacy after having obtained his degree at school for medical officers and pharmacies in advance, in a military pharmacy or in a military medical warehouse;
(b) after which the master of pharmacy or assistant was unable, after 29 September 1938, to carry out professional activities but at the highest rate of two years for participation in the national fight for liberation (Act No. 136 / 1946 Coll.) or for other national, political or racial reasons.
§ 4.
(1) Benefits under this Act are granted to pharmacists at their request.
(2) The request must be supported by credible evidence of all relevant circumstances. The request is decided by the Ministry of Health after the hearing of the board of pharmacists, in Slovakia also after the hearing of the Health Officer.
§ 5.
Paragraph 3 (2) of the second sentence of Article 5 / 1907 is deleted.
§ 6.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Health.
