On 20 December 2023, the Constitutional Court ruled under point Pl. ÚS 27 / 22 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Josef Boxy and the judges and judges of Lucie Dolanská Bányai, Josef Fiala, Jaromír Jirsy, Veronica Christian, Zdeňka Kühn, Kateřina Ronovská, Jan Světona, Pavel Šámal, Vojtěch Šimíček, David Uhlíř (Judge of the Rapporteur), Jan Winter, Jiří Zemánek and Daniela Zeman on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior for the abolition of Article 7 (3) of the generally binding Decree of the Municipality of Tchořovice No. 2 / 2021, on the local Tax for the general system of waste management,
as follows:
Article 7 (3) of the Ordinary Ordinance of the Municipality of Tchořovice No 2 / 2021 on the local charge for municipal waste management systems shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws.
