GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 January 2020
fixing the unit amount of the fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water
The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (4) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Places and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Amount of the fee
The unit fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water is CZK 12 per 1 m3.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 150 / 2015 Coll., establishing the unit amount of the fee for natural mineral water collected from the source of natural mineral water, is repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2020.
